Emily’s Strawberry-Banana Coconut Smoothie
My Granddaughter Emily submitted this recipe for her favorite smoothie. Good going Emily, strawberries have anthocyanins which fight against cancer and inflammation. Rich in Vitamin C, eating about 8 of these sweet fruits can contribute to improving heart health and lowering blood pressure.
Here’s Emily’s Recipe:
8 Strawberries (organic)
1 cup of coconut milk
1 container of Stonyfield Organic Greek whole milk yogurt
Put ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour liquid into your favorite cup and enjoy!
