Edamame and Radish Salad
I love this salad, it’s got cilantro and protein from the crunchy edamame and beautiful radishes which are part of the nutrient packed cruciferous vegetables.
- Edamame (frozen, then thawed)
- Radishes (sliced thin)
- Cilantro (chopped)
- Rice Vinegar (a little drizzed to taste)
- Olive Oil (to taste)
- Herbamare Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients and done. Another good take-along lunch food.
