Edamame and Radish Salad

I love this salad, it’s got cilantro and protein from the crunchy edamame and beautiful radishes which are part of the nutrient packed cruciferous vegetables.

  • Edamame (frozen, then thawed)
  • Radishes (sliced thin)
  • Cilantro (chopped)
  • Rice Vinegar (a little drizzed to taste)
  • Olive Oil (to taste)
  • Herbamare Sea Salt

Combine all ingredients and done.  Another good take-along lunch food.
